Collaboration Week maintains the Darwin’s 2025 All- Inclusive RATES - 6 Day, 6 Night Stays

Spruce, Moose, & Deer Cabin - $690 per person, per day

Elk & Pronghorn, & Willow Rooms - $575 per person, per day

Sheep Cabin - $475 per person, per day (also single occupancy rate option available in Sheep)

Extra Persons in any cabin: $3000/week

Extra Kids 6-13 in any cabin: $2500/week

Extra Kids 5 & under in any cabin: $600/week

From Sunday, September 7 to Saturday, September 13, 2025, the Darwin will host Chef Evan Hennessey, a 2014 James Beard Semifinalist and 3x Chopped Champion.


A native of Dover, New Hampshire, Evan currently resides there, where he owns and operates his restaurants Stages at One Washington and The Living Room. Stages at One Washington has notably been recognized by Opinionated About Dining as Top 100 Restaurants eight years in a row.
